Tokyo celebrates Halloween 2015
Tokyo, Japan – Costumed partygoers celebrate Halloween at Tokyo’s Shibuya famous scramble crossing on October 31, 2015, Tokyo, Japan. Every year thousands of young Japanese gather in Shibuya for Halloween. This year the Tokyo Metropolitan Government called on the partygoers to keep the streets clean with the slogan the “cleanest Halloween in the world” and by distributing 300,000 special garbage bags for free as part of the Halloween & Tokyo promotion. Toyota to establish Artificial Intelligence R&D company
