Members of the citizen’s anti-nuclear movement have occupied the front yard of METI since September 11, 2011. The METI took legal action against Taro Fuchigami and Hiroyuki Kawai at the Tokyo District Court, the first and second hearing was on May 23rd and July 22nd, the third hearing will take place on September 12th.
