Mark Eite, Director of Business Development Originally from the UK, Mark Eite moved to Japan in 1996. His first job was on the JET Teaching Programme before he joined Citibank where he managed multinational corporate accounts. His love of photography and “the beautiful game” led him to Aflo in 2002 at the time of the FIFA Soccer World Cup. Since joining Aflo, Mark has helped the company to triple in size growing its editorial businesses where it is now a market leader in news, sports and entertainment content in Japan. He is directly responsible for Aflo’s international businesses including NipponNews.net. Mark loves running, cycling, and J.League soccer, and is currently addicted to Instagram.

Francesco Libassi, Sales Manager Francesco is originally from Parma, a small town in the northern part of Italy and moved to Japan in 2007. Working as a photographer, he also has a die hard passion for web design and all things digital. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar (he’s Italian) and traditional Japanese instruments such as the Shakuhachi flute that he proudly owns. At Nippon News, he works the picture desk to coordinate photo shoots for our photographers and helps manage the growing number of editorial content the company produces on a daily basis. Kenichi Soga, Supply Manager Ken was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. He’s been with the company since the very early days, experiencing the economic bubble, soccer world cup and the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics. Educated in the United States, he brings a wide range of expertise in the photographic agency world. He speaks Japanese and English fluently.
